Opterna’s manufacturing facilities have carried out a plethora of 6 sigma projects to improve process efficiency. Successful project are also implemented in transactional processes like Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Finance & Information Management Systems. Opterna has a pool of qualified champions, black belts and green belts who have successfully completed projects and have contributed to the growth of the organisation.
