Opterna has a pool of qualified champions, black belts and green belts who have successfully completed projects and have contributed to the growth of the organisation.
5S – KAIZEN – LEAN

5S principles are implemented to improve work place morale and efficiency. Opterna’s manufacturing division performs 5S audits and present reports on a weekly basis
